should we read the bible ?


This is beautiful story if inspired please. forward. If not, keep it. Can't
say when it might inspire you!

Story:
An old Farmer lived on a farm in the mountains with his young grandson.
Each morning Grandpa was up early sitting at the kitchen table reading
his BIBLE.
His grandson wanted to be just like him and tried to imitate him in
every way he could.
One day the grandson asked, "Grandpa! I try to read the BIBLE just like
you but
I don't understand it, and what I do understand I forget as soon as I
close the book.
What good does reading the BIBLE do?"

The Grandfather quietly turned from putting coal in the stove and
replied,
"Take this coal basket down to the river and bring me back a basket of
water.
" The boy did as he was told, but all the water leaked
Out before he got back to the house. The grandfather laughed and said,
"You'll have to move a little faster next time," and sent him back to
the
River with the basket to try again. This time the boy ran faster, but
again
the basket was empty before he returned home. Out of breath, he told
his grandfather that it was impossible to carry water in a basket, and
he
went to get a bucket instead. The old man said, "I don't want a bucket
of water; I want a basket of water. You're just not trying hard enough,"

and he went out the door to watch the boy try again.

At this point, the boy knew it was impossible, but he wanted to show his

grandfather that even if he ran as fast as he could, the water would
leak
out before he got back to the house. The boy again dipped
the basket into river and ran hard, but when he reached his grandfather
the basket was again empty. Out of breath, he said, "See Grandpa, it's
useless!"

"So you think it is useless?" The old man said, "Look at the basket."
The boy looked at the basket and for the first time realized that the
basket
was different. It had been transformed from a dirty old coal basket and
was
now clean, inside and out. "Son, that's what happens
when you read the BIBLE. You might not understand or remember
everything, but when you read it; you will be changed, inside and out.
That is the work of Jesus in our lives."

Try Believing In Yourself

A man entered a search for truth. A first religious man he met was sitting under the tree just outside his own village.
He asked me: "I'm looking for a true champion. Pl tell the characteristics of
His description is very simple. He said,
"You are sitting under the tree this or that, sitting in the position of this or that, his hand making a particular gesture, which is enough to know that is the true master
The plaintiff began looking, it is said that thirty years have passed, while they roamed the earth. He visited many places, but never met with the teacher,

He met many masters, but none were true champion. He returned to his village completely exhausted.

On returning he was surprised that I could not believe this old man sat under the same tree, and how I could see it was the same as the old man had spoken of
"...... They sit in the tree ....." this or that and his attitude was exactly what I described. "It was the same position, he sat for thirty years
I was blind?
This is exactly the expression on his face, precise movements.

He felt his feet, saying
"Why did not you tell me that the first place?
Why turn away from those 30 years?
Why did not you tell me you're the true champion? "
The old man said: I told you so, but they were not willing to listen.

You were not ready to come home without migrants away, you had to knock on doors in a thousand homes to come
your own home, then you could only go back, I said that every thing under a particular tree.
I described this very tree I was sitting in the posture, but they were too fast, you could not hear clearly, that they were bent.

 It was very important to you. the truth was not so important.
"But you came, I felt tired all the time sitting in this position for you.

I wandered past thirty years, but think of me, sitting under the tree, I know that some day would come, but if I was dead? I waited for you, you came, you had to wander for 30 years, but it is their own fault, the captain was already there.

"Many times in our lives we do not see what is around and within us and what we attract is the sweet distant drum sound, which are pulled by distant dreams.

Try to believe in yourself and try to see inside, do not think he is a master in you.

relationship

Relationship isn't about finding the right person. But creating the right relation. It isn't how much you care in the beginning, but how much you care till the end.

The weakest part of a relation comes when one of the person has to give explanation to prove the trust!

A good relationship is not when two 'perfect people' come together; it is when two 'imperfect people' learn to enjoy the differences!

The minute u think of giving up any relation - think of the reason why u held it for so long!

Learn the wisdom of compromise - it is better to bend a little, rather than to break a relationship forever!

A relationship doesn't shine by shaking hands in the best of times; but, it blossoms by holding hands firmly in the most critical situations!
